As a company in our network, bildxzug will support you as a partner with extensive experience in vocational education and training. You don't need VET training qualifications and you don't need to cover a complete career profile – bildxzug will help you plan and implement apprenticeships in your company, and will take on the role of host company and therefore also the main responsibility for training the apprentices.
Apprentices will gain their practical experience in your company and in one or two others. This allows the apprentices to gain valuable experience, develop key competencies for their future careers and enjoy a rich and varied apprenticeship.

Do you have the motivation to train young, qualified workers?

We provide advice on all aspects of apprenticeships, support your decision-making processes and introduce you to the basics and finer details of vocational education and training. We select appropriate apprentices, conclude apprenticeship contracts with them and with that assume all obligations that apply to a host company. This also includes HR administration. As a result, you don't need to use your own resources for this purpose and can continue to focus on your core business while simultaneously making an important contribution towards fostering the next generation of workers.

As a partner-company in the bildxzug network, you will have complete transparency over costs. You will only be billed for days actually worked in your company. You won't be expected to pay for any days spent at school, days off, absence due to illness or accident or for the purpose of attending seminars and inter-company industry courses.
