bildxzug symposium

The bildxzug symposium is organised as a training event for bildxzug's VET trainers. The symposium is intended to enable dialogue on current VET issues and find solutions to problems encountered in VET programmes.

1st bildxzug symposium: Wednesday, 14 April 2010

Theme:	Net Generation / Boom Generation
	Where are the new generations now? How do we interact with them?
	How are companies, training and management affected?
	Understanding instead of dictating / cooperation instead of confrontation / learning and teaching instead of dictating

The speaker and chairperson for this event was Martin Zenhäusern, Author of: "Warum tote Pferde reiten? Wie uns die Net-Generation zwingt umzusatteln." ("Why Ride Dead Horses? How the Net Generation Knocks us off our Saddles.")
