Different.
When you apply to bildxzug as your host company, you know that the work-based training portion of your VET programme will bring you in contact with different companies. You also value the guidance, support and work-based portion coaching that bildxzug’s competent VET trainers can provide you with.

Pre-requisites.
We expect you to have completed lower-secondary school in the top-tier ability group with consistently good grades. You should be open to new and unfamiliar experiences and be willing to think and act as part of a team. Flexibility and a good ability to work independently as well as showing consequent personal initiative are favourable pre-requisites for our programmes.

Networked apprenticeships.
Once you have made it through the selection process, we shall issue you an apprenticeship contract. As the host company for your VET programme, bildxzug will be responsible for all work-based training that you receive from day one to graduation. You will be assigned to apprenticeship positions in various partner companies. As you progress through your VET programme and reach training objectives, you will normally change companies after one or two years. We shall also organise special seminars to prepare you for the transition to working life. If you are motivated and willing to work hard, you can enrol in the advanced programme, which includes preparation and the Federal Vocational Baccalaureate examination.
