Am 5. März 2009 und am 25. März 2009 fand die bildxzug-Exkursion für Lernende statt. Auf dem Programm stand zuerst eine Führung bei der Rega am Flughafen Zürich-Kloten und anschliessend einen Besuch im Zoo, wo eine Führung durch die Masoala-Halle statt fand. Es war ein aufregender und ein sehr spannender Tag mit vielen Ereignissen, die noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben werden. Am 20. März 2009 fand zudem der bildxzug-Event statt. Bildxzug hatte das Vergnügen mit allen Lernenden an einem Tisch zu sitzen und sich in der Almodobar mit einem feinem Essen bedienen zu lassen.

Networked apprenticeships in the Canton of Zug open up new prospects. About a year ago, bildxzug launched a pilot VET programme emphasising international commerce: the "KV Business English plus". The corresponding apprenticeships began in October 2008, shortly after bildxzug celebrated its 10-year jubilee.
